Delete rules from Summary Table
Hi,
Not able to delete ruleset version from Delete Ruleset wizard. Version have many instance can be seen.
- Verified pr4_rule table, there only 2-3 entries can be seen, however pr4_rule_vw has many instances coming upon quiring from Database --> Query runner.
- tried deleting individual instance from activity by Obj-Delete-By-Handle, getting error like class instance not found.
- Not having write access to Pega-RULES table directly.
Can anyone please suggest an approach to cleanup the rules. Do we have to go through Pega SR?
