Delete Page Instructions in DX API
  1.  I want to delete a page instruction on clicking of delete button.
  2. After clicking on Delete button Refresh API call is happening
  3. The desired page item is deleted from the UI.
  4. While Adding new page Item , Page instructions are not getting cleared and it has Delete instruction and then update instruction for the newly added page.
  5. How to clear the Page Instructions in DX API v1?
