Default Cursor to YYYY in Date Property

Hi all,

Need help regarding Date Time Property.I have a Date Time property displaying Date ,Month and Year in DropDown. I need to display to an end user as follows

Date should be empty,Month should be empty as well as Year.But when the user select Year dropdown along with Date and Month , Year dropdown cursor should default to 19XX .
