We have defined dedicated request processor (Service and connector) classes to handle the requests. 

I was aware that there were issues related to having dedicated classes, i was under the assumption it was fixed. 

We are using 8.6V and we still have issues . 

When the incoming request fails, it remains "Scheduled", ProcessServiceQueue agent is not picking it up and re queue . 

If we update it to default class (System-Queue-ExecutionRequest-Service-Default), agent does the retry. 

Has anyone found a fix or actual root cause for it ? Is there any patches which we can use.
