Declare trigger "Run in background on copy", not working
Declare trigger activity is enabled with Run in background and we have requestor making this to be fired. But we also the same requestor logged into multiple different applications (along with the current requstor who is firing the declare trigger). So in this scenario, the background batch processing has to take the same requstor access (who fired this event) but instead its finding different session of the same requestor ID (but different access group and application), hence failing to run declare activity.
Seems to be a product bug, can any one help !!

Upon reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved. SA-30041 was created as a result of the investigation. Please reference that if you have the same question.

Thanks for your reply. I have already tried that option before rasing this. If i understand issue in the article, that is something that back end process is taking batch requestor instead of current requestor. In my case, it is taking requestor rightly but taking different thread of same requestor, so access group is not right and hence unable to find activity to run. There must be some issue with the code from PEGA.
