Decision Tree If statements are not saving

I am doing training via one of the course. When entering the values into the decision tree if statements and clicking Save the values are not saving, also scene when going to the test screen no values are showing for input.

This is exercise - Direct Flow Processing with a Decision Tree (SAEI 7.1) IE 11. Tried other browsers and get errors that this only works with IE
