For Decision table rule, we are getting logic conflict Severe warning only in Pega 8.6.4 and not throwing any warning in 8.8.3

We are getting this error in Decision table rule in Pega 8.6.4. "This rule contains 1 logic conflict(s). Click the 'Export' button or 'Load Table in RuleForm' button to resolve the conflicts". The data is valid and the issue is not occuring in other environments where pega was upgraded to 8.8.3.

Could you please assist on this.
