Decision data store nodes JOINING_FAILED Pega CDH 85

Hi All,

We are not able to start Pega DDS node on PM 8.5. All other nodes are starting but only DDS and RTG are not starting.

Please find the stack trace attached with this post. I have checked the powershell ExecutionPolicy which is set to "Unrestricted" only.

Java version: JDK 11

DB: Postgres 9.4

Tomcat: 9.0

OS Name : Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard
