We are using the Pega Deployment Manager 4.7 on Pega 8.2.3. 

We did create a new role who doesn't have the privlege to manage schema updates.

Then we logged in as the user with this role and start a deployment. The Deploymentpakage has only one new created concrete class.

we have verified that there is a schema change in RAP, from the logs we see, that:

New Instances present in the archive and to be inserted in data base *******************************

But actually we expected that the schema change could not be processed and a email will be send.

Any idea?

The current operator has the AccessGroup: PegaDeploymentManager and the role without the privlege to manage schema updates.
