Date Configuration

I have a requirement where user enters the date of birth.  But while entering the user should only see the dates from 1960 to 2012.

Is there any option to do it in presentation tab of the date configuration.

As per OOTB you can show the past dates and can configure it to show the past 60 years which will meet one of your requirements. Please find the below screenshot for more details.

To check if the entered date is less than 2012, you might need to use Validate rule and show the error.
