data-test-id field in pega for test automation

hi,

Sometimes data-test-id field is not displayed when trying to inspect element through operator id. But when i added my operator id with sys-admin rule access group, i was able to see data-test-id field.

Could you please help me why are we not showing data-test-id for the operator id whch doesn't have sys-admin rule
