Data routing and generate bill information.
XYZ company providing customer service. CSR of XYZ company,send customer details to the repair shop for service the damage fan. The repair shop member repaired the fan and generate the bill, send to the XYZ company. Here CSR send the customer details to nearest repair shop and repair shop generate the bill for billing(PDF). How can i implement this requirement.

You can use 2 stages.
Stage1: Customer details are entered in Step 1 where it is routed to CSR and he can select the repair shop.
Stage2: Repair details are entered by the Repair shop and in this Step 1 is routed to repair shop which is selected in the previous step. Add a Create PDF utility to this stage to generate PDF with the details entered by the repair shop.

From the below screen CSR open the one record (Click record id Open) and send to repair shop(here how can we route the record to repair shop). Repair shop can get this customer details and he can add billing details and send back to CSR agent. This is the requirement.
