Data is not committing to clipboard but committing in trace
Hi All, I've a scenario, where we have a section included with Table layout, In the last column of the Table Layout, I've have included a gear icon, and on click of gear icon, A local action to be populated and need to fill 3 values on it. On submit of local action, I've written a Post activity to update the data of the relevant record. It's getting updated on the UI and not reflecting on clipboard, In the trace, The data is available till some steps, when ReloadHarness step started in trace, The data is not committing any more. FYI, Local Action is running on pyWorkPage context. Source of the Table layout is Pagelist (Which formed in pre-activity of the section load) Attached all images for the same.

one possible cause could be if this preactivity is on defer load of the table or layout then every time you refresh the section this activity will run and data will come from the activity . try keeping the activity on post or pre processing action or populate the data in a different way through copy from data page .
Second possibility could be duplication of the page list , if the same page list is being used in the same section , they every time you refresh data will be gone. to over come this make the other duplicate property read only through condition or remove it.

@pichn , Thanks for the information, On submit of Local action in the post activity, i am trying to update the data of same pagelist which is source of the table. Is that making this issue ? If yes, any alternate solution please ?

Not Post , But the pre Activity , How is the table getting sourced , you have mentioned that there is a pre activity can you try with out pre activity. Where is the pre activity getting called.
