Data flow run limits in pega 8.2

Can we configure the data flow run limit in pega 8.2?

I got a similar article for pega 8.5 and onwards where data flow run limit can be configured the by the following dss

Data flow/Batch/max_Active_run

But our pega version is 8.2.How can we achieve that?
