Dashboard Widget changes

Hello

I am doing changes to the Dashboard widget for a particular role in the lower environment.  Can you please let me know how to deploy those changes to the higher environment. 

Not sure what are the rules will get updated once i publish in lower env. 

Can someone throw some light on this?
