Customize VSTO Outlook Addin

Hi Everyone,
I need help to customize the UI for VSTO Outlook Addin, my point is able to branding :
1. login screen
2. Side menu
3. Action Icon

When i try to search about customization, it just only for OaddinManifest.xml for using in outlook web.

I was tried to following the instruction but it doesn't take any effect to VSTO outlook addin and i was tried to open the VSTO manifest but it's doesn't contain any image.

Where i can customize the VSTO for branding purpose ?
