Customise the column command menu in report

I need to restrict the options in the column command menu in report.As of now, Filter,Sort,Apperance,Summary etc are there.

 

I found that FDBK-13793 has been raised for the issue. Just want to know whether it is implemented now? I really need to customise the options. Appreciate your help on this..
