Customer Service for Financial Service Upgrade to 8.3 from 8.1

Hi

I am going to upgrade an application from 8.1 to 8,3. Existing application runs of Customer Service for Financial Services framework (Apache Tomcat and MS SQL).While browsing PDN I found several documents and that makes me confused which one to follow. Attaching the documents that I found related. Would be great if someone can share any experience, step by step instructions, most relevant document
