Customer Service 8.3 Installation Error

When importing Pega Customer Service  framework 8.3 in Pega 8.3, after I upload the CRM jar file and click on next, I get screen with the message saying " Our website is under construction, follow us for update now!"

Attached please find the screen with the exact details.

Can someone please suggest what am i missing? Or what is going wrong with the import ? 

Appreciate a quick response as this is blocking us.
