Currency/Decimal property format
Hello, everyone, I'm having some troubles with a currency/decimal property when retrieving and showing its value. First I have created a local list which holds within this property named "price". it looks it stores values as I expect for example $25, however when I pull this values from the list to show them in a section instead of getting the $25 I get $25,000,000,000 which would be the value times 1,000,000,000 for every record. Do I have to configure the property's format? or currency type?
I will really appreciate your help.

Hello, Based on the information provided, I would expect the value to be displayed read-only as what is stored on the clipboard. you did not include a screenshot of the clipboard or the property referenced on the general tab in your screenshots. Please confirm the property value you are displaying read only in the section is the value you expect in the clipboard. Tara Self Study Support Team

Yes, I forgot to include a screenshot of the clipboard but I did look at the property's value in the clipboard and it is always store multiplied by 1,000,000,000 which is weird. :(

Hi, thank you for the clipboard information. So what you see on the screen is what is stored in memory and in the case. I would then look to see the rules that are configured to set that value in the property. Recommend looking two places. Look at the property rule on the advanced tab to see if any customizations are there. Then look at the rules referencing that property by going to Actions>referencing rules. I'm wondering if there is a data transform or declare expression multiplying the value. If nothing pops out there, run the tracer and use the watch property value to pause so you can see when it changes or is set. Regards, Tara Self Study Support Team
