CTI Connection
In our current implementation, we have a CTI connection with Genesys via embedded UI. Now the problem is that when Genesys runs an outbound dialler campaign & call transfer to Pega, it's opening an inbound interaction. Is there any option to open an Outbound case in this scenario? I search all Pdn but didn't find any option.
