Credentials to excercise system no longer working

Hi,

When first logging in using the SSA@TGB and rules credential I was prompted to select my own password. My new password worked for a long time, but now I am suddenly no longer able to login. It just says "The information you entered was not recognized." when I try to login.

So I am wondering if there is any way I can reset the excercise system or what can I do to make it work again?

Hi,

If you have another operator then you can update the password of the other operator, otherwise it can be difficult.

There are several long approach such as one mentioned below:
One of the approach you can take is take an working operator  rule from same version of Pega and then import this using prpcutil.  

Other option include inserting a new record in DB as well from a working environment.
