Creating multiple operators through case instance

Hai, I am having a requirement to add multiple operators while running the case. My activity works for adding single operator. But when trying to add multiple operators data through a page list property is the error :

.pyWorkGroupList(1).pyWorkGroupName: is not a valid entry. .pyStartingActivity: Please Enter A Starting Activity

I have attached the activity rule configurations, steps and the output in the below document.

Please help me...
