Create Field Values from an spreadsheet (over 150 field values need to be created)

Hello,

I would like to create about 150 field values at once. The database is an Excel list, from which I would like to create field values via import into Pega.

Example of a Field Value:

Label: US

Field Name: pyCountryCode

 

How can I create about 150 field values based on the Excel list?
