Create Case Modal Dialog
Hi,
I am using Pega Personal Edition 8.7.
While creating case in portal, it is appearing as modal dialog box.
Can someone tell me how we can remove this modal dialog view.

Save as pySetCosmosProperties data transform to your work layer where case type is created and set .pyCosmosSettings.pyPostCreateCaseNav value to "open_case". Thanks, Vinay

Hi @AbhishekC1725,
I couldn't any OOTB option to skip the modal dialog when we use CREATE stage of case type. I found a work around to skip the modal dialog and directly launch case in a full window.
pyCreateCaseMenu: Save as this rule to your ruleset and replace OOTB configurations with below configurations.
"pega.desktop.infinity.createNewWorkInDialogContainer" :
The new case modal in Pega Cosmos design system : Pega is using AJAX container to launch case in modal dialog.

it is new feature of pega where pega has given create stage by default which used for initialization or default processing.
if you dont want to do primary processing using this popup just add instruction ,application name or other details in this popup form and you can start 2nd stage for actual/ primary processing.

@AbhishekC1725there is a simple solution to remove it: you can skip the create stage (created by pega): change the create start process when rule (from the create Stage) to Never.
