In course 'The Role of the Pega BA' cannot complete the exercise as no creadentials to access Design Studio are mentioned
Course - 'The Role of the Pega BA'
Lesson - Managing work in Pega
In step 4 there is only one user role mentioned - Case Designer. When following the link to the exercise system the Pega Express is launched. As there are certain steps in the exercise to be completed in the Designer Studio it seems to be impossible. please suggest.

if You are able to login in to Pega Express then from there you can switch to Designer Studio by clicking the switch button at bottom left corner of the Explorer area.

I'm running into this same issue now. Looks like I'm not the only one. I cannot find this overview button anywhere and thus can't add a feature.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to log in using the details you've mentioned - they are not recognized. Neither are the required credentials mentioned in Students/Exercises guides. I assume that it was missed out during the course creation. So, I'll just skip the practice part and leave the appropriate comment in the evaluation after the course completion. Hopefully it will be reviewed by the right people and the materials will be updated.

This is the correct answer. I was not in designer studio. Some feedback for Pega, this looks like an enlarge button. At the very least. I suggest adding a step to the training with the screenshot above stating to "open designer studio" immediately prior to the step in my screenshot. Multiple people on my team could not figure this out either.
