Could not establish the secure connection

While accessing the .apk file from the mobile getting a "Could not establish the secure connection" error message from the mobile. 1) Certificates are valid 2) mobilebuildserver.pega.com:443 connecting using telnet

3) Ports are opened.

 

What will be the cause
