Copy PageList Contents into Next Row using DT

Can some one please show me how to copy over the PageList contents from one row into another. i.e make an exact copy of what is present on row1 into subsequent rows.

My clipboard has the following structure. I want to copy over BudgetYear (1) including pagelists OtherCosts and Personnel and all GrandTotal properties (highlighted) to BudgetYear(2) and BudgetYear (3)?

I am unable to understand the documentation on DT on Append and MapTo and existing source page/current source page etc.

Can some one SHOW me via a screenshot HOW to use Append To and Append and MapTo and the relation dropdown box in the DT using my screenshot as an example.
