Copy and Paste attachment instead of drag and drop

Hi

In Pega Drop and Drop functionality, after opening the Select files window, user wants to copy file, close window and paste the file in Pega attachment section popup Instead of using Drag and drop. After i copy the file from local drive and close the window, i dont get an option to paste in Pega attachment pop up window. Is there a way to achieve this? Instead i get options of browser after right click, but not paste option. This might be Pega limitation but just want to know if we can achieve this by any javascript control by customizing UI.
