Copied attachments from interaction to case are in clipboard but not appearing in UI
?I have a requirement to have attchments related to an interaction available on the case when the case is opened independent of the interaction. I have edited the activity PerformDefaults to copy pyAttachments page from the interaction to the case. The attachment is now appearing on the case clipboard page under pyAttachments. The section pyCaseAttachments is not seeing this attachment. If I then add a new attachment, both attachments are visibleon the same clipboard page but only the new one shows in the section.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or maybe a better solution to meet the requirement?

- I doubt just by copying the attachments property from interaction case to service case would show the attachment in attachments gadget.
- could we compare the property differences from the copied attachment to newly uploaded attachment?

- pxLinkedRefTo
- pzInskey
- also the property Work-.pyAttachments would take .pzInskey (Primary) as the parameter while building the attachments list.
- we may either need to duplicate the copy of attachment at service case OR
- need to retrieve the attachment using interaction case insKey and append it to AllAttachments.pxResults page.

I have tried now your suggestion of using AllAttachments. I am receiving the same result as when using pyAttachments. The attachments are visible on the clipboard and they are visible in the section as shown in the screenshot (both girds pyAttachments and AllAttachments are set to visible always for testing). But they are not launching a download. I believe it may be to do with the control pyAttachmentFeedDescription. All of the property values are present and match with attachments from the primary case so I am not sure why the control is not working correctly.

- I don't think it could be because of control 'pyAttachmentFeedDescription' as it would help in downloading the file using the pzInskey of current/context of page list.

So maybe this is the issue? The pxInsName and the pxLinkedClassTo are not coming over.
