ConvertResultsToCSV returns scientific notation instead of actual value in excel

I am using ConvertResultsToCSV  utility to convert clipboard to csv and trying to attach the csv file in a case.. Generated CSV is displaying scientific notation if the value is numeric (EX: 12345678) though underlying data type is string.. Could you please suggest how to avoid this issue and get the value as it is in excel..

 

I have also tried using generateexcel and can see numbers are properly getting displayed in excel based on the template
