Conversion of .xls file to .csv

Hi, 

I have a requirement to convert the .xlx or .xlsx file to .csv file while uploading a file in Pega.

The other piece of problem space is pega will just send the base64 stream to a different external DB job to read the content and process the file and insert the content into the tables.

Could you please let me know if there are any OOTB feature to achieve this requirement in Pega.
