Control of a new line point inside a cell of a table layout

How could we control a new line break point inside a table layout? We can see differences between full-width and half-width condition. If you have a look at this attachment, you can see a table included a full width and a half width characters inside any cells. Then, you see new lines when each of full-width words is long.
We, however, cannot find when Pega creates a new line, such as over 10 letters and so forth. If you look at a cell filled with half-width 40 letters, Pega doesn't create a new line.
On the other hands, Pega creates a new line when there are full-width over 10 letters.
We need to control to create a new line by Pega. Which option and where can we adjust it?

G'day, We wanna control to make a new line, if a sentence inside a cell is long. Pega automatically create a new line or expand a cell's width whenever the sentence is long. It's OK to make a new or expand the width. We, however, can see the different behaviors if the sentence consists of half-width letters or full-width letters. We don't want to see combination for creating a new line and expanding a cell width without any rule. I succeeded in negotiating with my client, but they still search how to control it. Thank you.
