Context for Audience Simulation and Value Finder

Hi Team, 

We are on Pega CDH 8.5.3 and have multiple channels enabled (Email,Push,SMS and other channels). Most of our offers belongs to other customized channels. So when we run audience simulation and value finder we are not getting inbound offers. How can we pass details like channelname , direction and other customized fields in such a way that we get inbound offers also.
