Content to bottom of two column screen
Is it possible somehow (without hardcoding height in pixels) make following setup:
- Two columns of the same height
- First column contains two Dynamic layouts
- Second contains one Dynamic layout
- Make second layout of first column be in the bottom of that column
Please note that first layout in first column has very little content (less than height of 2nd column).

Thank you for posting your query here.
I could think of only one way that could help in achieving your requirement.
The below image is how my section configuration looks.
For the content inside Dynamic layout 1.1.1.2 and 1.1.1.3. I have configured Visibility "condition(when rule)" as Never and checked the reserve space hidden.
Now At run time my UI looks similar to your schematic image.
Hope this gives you some idea.

It looks quite dirty and not dynamic. E.g if content inside of Proprietary information hidden will grow - Proprietary information hidden would move further down instead of saying on the same spot
