Connection to FTP with server and client key is failing

We have an FTP server which we need to access using public and private SSH keys. In order to configure the keys in Pega, we have created Keystores. But, when we are using these keys in Pega, we are not able to connect to the SFTP server.

Using the same keys, we are able to connect through WinScp. 

The connection works if we are using basic authentication (just SFTP user ID and password in an authentication profile).

PFA the attachments for more details. Please let me know if anyone has configured the keys in Pega for connecting to the SFTP location.
