Hi,

I am trying to complete the Exercise Designing a data model in SYSTEM ARCHITECT ESSENTIALS 8.1.

I get the following error when I try to log on:

Mon Mar 11 16:03:24 UTC 2019. PegaRULES 8.1 (PRPC-8.1.3-441)
There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Status:fail
Operator:Unauthenticated or not available
Node:No ID available

Hi Rajesh,

This is generic error and thus, does not give more data to review.

As this is exercise system, not sure if you could see logs either.

In this case, can you please try this exercise again to see if this completes?

I can try to see the log if you guide me how to do so.

I have tried several times since morning but I get same error.

this may be an issue w/ the availability of the exercise system. Let me look into this and I will get back to you.

Hi Eddie,

The above mentioned issue reported by Rajesh also concerns me in a similar manner. Apart from the exception message for login, it takes forever to load the system for me.

Hopefully this will resolve me case also.

Hello,

We apologize that the Open Exercise System was unavailable. The issue has been repaired and  cloud based exercise systems are now available.  You should now be able to access the exercises using the Open Exercise System link within the SAE v8 and BAE v8 courses.

Iam facing the same issue. when i clicked on Open Exercise System,  my exercise system is not opening. I  have been trying from last day and got stucked to  finish my exercise. Please do needful at the earliest
