Configuring custom outcomes in Pega 8.3

Hi,

I am working with NBA Designer in Pega 8.3.0 version and configuring constraints as part of our requirements. With respect to that could you please let me know how can we define a new outcome in "Track" combo in "Add Contact Policy" dialog in Constraints section as shown in the attached screenshot. Please clarify.

Outcome is populated by a field value so add one pyvalue of your desired outcome(ex:Tested). Now in ur track dropdown you can see the option tested..and you can create a contact policy. however for this contact policy to work the respective IHSummary must have results with outcome value as tested.
