Configure stream nodes by using dynamic system settings

Hello,

From help page/link, about nodetype and stream node there's the final line telling that we can configure stream node using DSS:

Since for me NodeType were only defined as JVM arguments, could someone please clarify this sentence?

How can I configure stream node by using DSS?
