concurrent session issue
We are getting concurrent sessions issue for the users clearing browser cookies / by closing the browser / after session timeout. From then user will not allowed to login until his/her requestor is terminated from the AdminStudio --> Requestors.
in some cases we do not see requestor, we need to hard delete user session from the session table from db.

As per Pega documentation requestor session remains active until time-out after closing the browser window.
Let us know if anyone faced a similar issue.

@Vasu009 please can you provide details of what clarification you are after? You appear to have already identified the reason why your users are seeing the 'concurrent session' warning - users are closing the browser / after session timeout.
You can restrict users login with same user in different session in the system rule (Records->SysAdmin-System ) . In system rule the field- "Number of concurrent sessions allowed for each operator" can be modified to change the concurrent session, by default it will be -1 (unlimited login)
