Compatibility version of MQ
Hi Team,
Kindly provide information on the below points
- If MQ V9 is compatible for Pega 6, 7 and 8 Versions?
- MQ v9 is compatible for JDK Version 1.6,1.7 and 1.8?
- MQ v9 is compatible for WAS and OS?
If not, Kindly mention the versions which are compatible for Pega 6, 7 and 8 versions.

Below are the Pega compatibility with Java versions.
You can derive this information from Pega support guides for 6.x, 7.x and 8.x Versions.
Pega 6.1, 6.1 SP2, 6.2, 6.2 SP2, 6.3, 6.3 SP1 compatible with Sun/ Oracle Java 5, Java 6 and Java 7.
Pega 7.1 , 7.1.5, 7.1.6 compatible with Oracle Java 6.
Pega 7.1.7, 7.1.8, 7.1.9, 7.2, 7.2.1, 7.2.2, 7.3, 7.3.1 compatible with Oracle Java 7.
Pega 7.4, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 compatible with Java 7 and Java 8.
