Compare text (paragraphs) and highlight the differences

Hi,

 Greetings. I have a requirement to compare two paragraphs (a free form text area on the UI) and highlight the differences, I am not sure if there is something available OOTB but if can someone please provide suggestions?

I am on Pega v8.3.0

You can do so using custom javascript/jquery. An example is shown in the below post.

I tried the above but for some reason it did not work, i need to be able to open the pop-up and show the comparison in there with text highlight with the differences.
