The Pega Community forum experience is undergoing a major modernization, set to unveil in the next few weeks! These upgrades are sure to enhance Collaboration among all Pega Community members. Some of the enhancements we have in store are:

• a more intuitive UI for asking questions, starting discussions, and sharing ideas
• the ability to support other member’s ideas or let the Pega Community know you found something helpful
• a cleaner way to identify questions with answers or questions that still need help
• additional tagging features to enable you to find exactly what you need
• tools to enable you to favorite and subscribe to content that is important to you
• a powerful search experience which will help you get the answers you need
• a designated area for Community events that may spark your interest
• an enhanced back-office platform for our moderators so they can provide you with an even better world-class community experience

Along with those exciting features, we will be implementing My Messages, a new direct messaging capability that will enable you to communicate with other Community Members directly within My Pega. Note: Any existing Messages on Community will not be available once the new direct messaging is implemented. If you want to keep any existing messages for your records, copy and paste them into the tool of your choice (like a Word document).

As the launch date approaches we will have additional information within the Pega Community!
