Column Repeat Layouts

In PRPC 7.3 Column repeat is under legacy structures. Does this mean its deprecated and is there any alternative that is provided instead of Column repeat in 7.3 version.

Any suggestions or thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks for posting on PSC.

Yes, Column repeat layouts are going to be officially deprecated soon. Though it has been marked as legacy and could be withdrawn anytime.

From Pega 7.x going forward, we have more feasible and optimized layout which are responsive across platforms.

Alternatively, please use Repeating Dynamic layout with layout format as inline. It has enhanced support for HTML 5 and CSS 3 structure. DOM created is light and have "DIV" structure instead, earlier used the table format.

Yes Column Repeat Layout is deprecated and you can use of repeat dynamic layout with inline format to achieve your requirement .
