The scripts have changed and any script objects you have used may require some slight changes (adding references, missing some semicolons are the most common I have seen). I would suggest you use a later version than 1061 however as there were a few bugs in that version of the script container that have since been resolved in later versions. Otherwise, you should be able to upgrade fairly easily. Be sure to test your solution though to ensure everything is performing as expected.
