Co-Browse feature in Pega 8.6 version (is it the best practice or any alternative)

Hi Folks, 

I have few questions listed below regarding PEGA Co-browsing feature.

  1. Pega Co-browse feature that we have, is it available in 8.6 Version ?

  2.  

    Is it the best approach to go with the Co-browse feature to achieve the business needs or Do we have any alternative solution/feature provided by PEGA through which we can achieve the same requirement as co-browse for implementation ?

  3.  

    How can we enable Co-Browse checkbox in our Dev env App Studio ? Can we enable from our end or only Pega CS can enable it in our environment ? (Asking this Question because in our Dev env App studio that Checkbox is disabled)

    If anyone have the answer , please post it. It will be helpful.
