Cloning the Controls In Finnone Application

Hi Team,

I am using Openspan studio 7.1.63 version.

I am not able to Interrogate the Controls ,like Check boxes & Txt box for Particular Process ID's form the table and not able to create the the cloning controls for the same and also not able to scroll up and scroll down the table and also not able to interrogate the table in (Select Element Mode). The site is in Java applet/Swing Appliaction. Can somebody Pls help us in this??

Assuming you can interrogate some of the controls and you know you have your adapter setup to hook the application, then you are likely in need of a translator to assist with the specific controls that you cannot interrogate. You would need to request that via support.

I would first ensure that you can interrogate some of the controls within the application; that will tell you that you are hooked and that Pega Robotics is injected into the application. If you can, then you are likely in need of a translator.
