CLM Retail Localisation - CollectPersonalDetailsRet Section
What is the correct approach to localise CollectPersonalDetailsRet. For example, I want to be able to replace Social Security Number with Australian Tax File Number (TFN) or New Zealand Inland Revenue Department (IRD) Number?
I can see that this section has when rules that check residency but residency rule will return false because the clients residence has not yet been set. It should be set after the Collect Customer Details step?
