Class org.tp23.antinstaller.InstallException occured when installing Personal Edition V 7.4

Could someone tell me where and how to check logs while installing pega personal edition v7.4?

While installing i get this "class org.tp23.antinstaller.InstallException" error . Please tell me some solution for it .
