Cisco Finesse with Pega integration need an additional update back to finesse upon call wrap up
We are using CISCO Finesse for integrating with Pega. The expectation is to provide a update back to finesse like wrap up reason, account number , interaction ID etc.
Finesse integration points are below
Finesse: Dialog—Update Call Variable Data - /finesse/api/Dialog/ WrapUpReason—Update - /finesse/api/WrapUpReason/
It is not currently happening with Pega Call 8.3.
how to update the call information, reason code upon wrapup ?
Please suggest me on how this can be implemented. the documentation is not clear on how to integrated with finesse.
I tried with REST integration the Wizard is not taking the Sample XML Request provide in the Finesse documents.
